Essex Property Trust seeks a Community Relations Representative to serve as the primary on-site contact for residents in Fountain Valley, CA. You will manage in-person communications, guide move-in/move-out processes, and collaborate with the Community Management Team to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role is on-site five days a week, with strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, organization, and adherence to housing and safety regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary in person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and documentation.
• Promote resident experience and respond to questions promptly.
• Manage tasks and calls through Funnel and meet response times.
• Maintain knowledge of the community portfolio and operations.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team on operations and satisfaction.
• Occasionally participate in resident events across properties.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information.
• Attend on-site five days per week.
