Essex Property Trust, Inc. seeks a Community Relations Representative in Kirkland, WA to serve as the primary in-person contact for residents. You will manage communications via CRM, assist with move-in/move-out processes, and support community operations with exceptional customer service.

This on-site role requires strong organization, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with the Community Management Team to meet resident satisfaction targets. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents and prospective residents.
• Manage communications via the CRM system and respond promptly.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes and related documentation.
