Comstock in Reston, VA is seeking a dedicated concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality for our residents. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, answer questions, and coordinate services to ensure a comfortable, secure living environment with professionalism and warmth.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a friendly, can-do attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service – build rapport with tenants and go above and beyond.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservation for amenity spaces and loading areas.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance items as needed.
• Support additional duties as required.
