Job summary

Comstock seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests, and vendors in a fast-paced community setting. You will greet visitors, manage packages, handle inquiries, and support events and maintenance activities.

You will use Yardi for work-orders and coordinate space reservations while maintaining a high standard of integrity, responsiveness, and teamwork with the property staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of high-end customer service experience is needed; 3 years preferred.
• Ability to work holidays; flexibility for additional shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with residents and guests.
• Meet and greet visitors, respond to tenant questions and complaints quickly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage calls, packages, mail, and direct to the correct destination.
• Assist with resident events, notices, and maintenance inspections.
• Enter maintenance issues into Yardi to create tickets for the team.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock operations.
• Perform daily building walks and maintain spaces and décor.
• Stay compliant with fair housing regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
