Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Holidays work and extra shifts may be needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Outgoing, energetic, credible and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond promptly to tenant questions and concerns.
• Control access to building for authorized individuals.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate people.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock logistics.
• Conduct daily building walks and assist with maintenance/safety.
