You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment as you address inquiries and coordinate resident services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality while supporting management with administrative tasks and daily operations in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in hospitality, retirement living, or office setting.
• Competent with basic computer systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to communicate clearly, be friendly, patient, and organized.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
• Order office supplies and manage clerical duties.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Complete work order requests.
