Cogir Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, and visitors at our Arizona community. You will manage front desk operations, answer calls, coordinate transportation, activities, and resident services with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

The role requires 6–12 months of customer service/front desk experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and flexibility including weekends and holidays. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service/front desk experience in a hospitality, retirement community, or office setting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct inquiries as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
