Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. The role supports marketing and community engagement efforts while handling calls, messages, and basic administrative tasks.

You will assist with recruitment coordination, data entry, and maintaining a welcoming Bistro area with a pleasant atmosphere. Education and prior customer service in senior living are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of senior living industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors and extend a warm welcome
• Answer calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff
• Provide community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts
• Assist with recruitment processes and data entry as needed
• Manage appointments and coordinate services for residents and families
• Maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro area, monitor cleanliness and ambiance
