Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona seeks a part-time Concierge to cover Sundays 7am–7pm, with PRN availability during the week. You’ll be the first contact for residents, families, visitors and guests, delivering friendly, professional service and supporting front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating transportation and activities, and assisting management with light administrative tasks. Flexibility for weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily operations.
• Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors and team members.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming smile.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
• Order office supplies and manage basic clerical duties.
• Address resident concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
