Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating resident services, scheduling transportation and appointments, and assisting management with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors warmly.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and light clerical work.
