Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests at our community. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating resident services, and assisting with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments while maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience required.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate as needed.
• Complete work order requests.
