North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is hiring a full-time Concierge to create a welcoming experience for residents and families. This role reports to the Admissions Director and focuses on exceptional customer service and smooth admissions.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about serving seniors. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare options and paid time off, with a Monday–Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• A genuine desire to work with seniors and make a positive difference in their lives

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome new admissions and families to our community.
• Complete new admission orientations for residents and families.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready and welcoming prior to admission.
• Greet residents, families, visitors and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Serve as a resource for non-clinical questions and requests.
• Assist residents with general requests and coordinate with departments.
• Promote a welcoming, respectful environment throughout the facility.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families through regular interaction.
• Assist residents with navigating the facility and locating services and staff.
• Follow up on requests to ensure concerns are addressed.
