Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or healthcare)
• Warm, patient, and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to solve problems and handle tough conversations
• Stay organized and keep composure during busy times
• High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active during the day
• Flexibility for occasional extra hours, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and families and guide them through admission
• Coordinate with Admissions so rooms are prepared and staff know resident needs
• Introduce residents to caregivers and departments
• Check in daily with new residents during first weeks
• Visit long-term residents every two weeks to hear how things are going
• Follow up after admission and discharge to ensure satisfaction and safety
• Act as advocate to ensure each resident is treated with dignity and respect
