Job summary

Inspirations of Northbrook is seeking a part-time Concierge to support residents and guests in our senior living community. The role includes clerical tasks, phones, greetings, and coordinating services to residents and families.

Weekend shifts are available with typical office support duties, scheduling, and coordination with Wellness/maintenance staff. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with standard office software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong written/verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and take messages.
• Greet visitors and route them appropriately.
• Assist residents and families with information and services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain lobby and reception area in a neat, professional state.
• Provide clerical support and prepare reports as requested.
