Apploi in Great Neck, NY is seeking a personable Concierge to be the welcoming frontline for residents, families, visitors and staff. You will assist with inquiries, direct visitors, coordinate services, and support resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and a patient, friendly demeanor in a healthcare-adjacent setting. Weekend shifts are available (Friday and Saturday) and you will work closely with the Admissions team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Admissions Department with paperwork for all new resident admissions
• Maintain daily contact with residents and families to ensure customer satisfaction
• Make regular rounds throughout the facility to address resident and family needs
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared and ready prior to all new admissions by working closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and facility departments
• Identify and elevate concerns in accordance with facility policy
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with facility procedures
