KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to greet residents and guests, ensure safety, and coordinate administrative tasks within the community. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to follow procedures. A high school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with some college experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and control entry/exit to protect residents and property.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Use phone etiquette for professional resident communications.
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management.
• Maintain key control system and secure keys at all times.
• Familiar with fire alarm operations and emergency reporting procedures.
• Prepare reports of daily activities and any irregularities.
