You will greet residents and guests warmly, assist with staff training, and coordinate customized resident requests to ensure exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA or BA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality in a similar role.
• Proficient with common computer software used in the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset to deliver a luxury lifestyle experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary extension of the Management Office and oversee Front Desk operations.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist the front office manager with training new team members.
• Coordinate special resident requests (travel, accommodations, events, flowers) and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain logs for packages, lost and found items, and incident/report notes.
