Job summary

Vitality Living seeks a Concierge to greet residents and visitors, handle inquiries, process payments and assist with administrative tasks at the community's front desk. You will support the Executive Director and Business Office Director, respond calmly to emergencies, and help with onboarding and monthly documentation.

The role emphasizes compassion, organization and excellent communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to speak effectively before groups.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm when interacting with residents.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with computer software and internet platforms and handle reception duties.
• Greet visitors, answer inquiries and relay information to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as appropriate.
• Answer calls, direct to the right person or take messages and process routine payments.
• Assist with mail, inquiries, and marketing tasks and support onboarding training.
• Monitor call systems and respond calmly to emergencies; assist with routine office tasks.
• Support accounts payable, deposits and daily deposits in absence of the Business Office Director.
