Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Grand Forks to manage inquiries, promote our communities and assist residents from application to move-out. You will partner with management to ensure a seamless resident journey and standout first impressions.

The role emphasises customer service, communication, and collaboration with teams across marketing, leasing, and operations. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid interpersonal, customer relations and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience and satisfaction through consistent interactions.
• Attract prospects and convert inquiries into future residents through outreach and advertising.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per company policy.
• Assist with renewals and waitlist management.
• Prepare property for showings and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
• Support Lifeworks events and activities as needed.
