Balfour Beatty Communities in Clemson, SC, is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to enhance living experiences for residents and students through the Campus LifeWorks Program. You will collaborate with the Community Management team to plan events, coordinate programming, and foster a welcoming, safe community.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking and professional communication. You will conduct tours, assist with leasing activities, and support outreach marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional approach, good judgment and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience recommended, strong teamwork.
• Must have an active and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in resident events to strengthen community life.
• Coordinate resident programming and support CM/ACM guidance.
• Develop and distribute a monthly community newsletter.
• Attend functions, meetings and staff briefings as required.
• Provide on-call after-hours service and conduct regular rounds.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and referrals to residents.
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and paperwork.
• Support outreach marketing and housing fairs.
