Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, sales and resident services at our Clemson community. You will manage leads, assist with marketing plans, and supervise team members involved in leasing.

The role emphasizes customer service, property knowledge, social media content creation and occupancy goals; prior leasing or student housing experience preferred; a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or communications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in leasing at student housing or multi-family community preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Responsabilités

• Provide strong sales focus on prospective and current residents.
• Coordinate leasing process from initial contact to move-in with enthusiasm.
• Manage leads from Entrata and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Prepare leases, addenda and move-in packages; ensure fair housing compliance.
• Create marketing content and assist with community marketing plan.
• Maintain unit availability and assist with resident experience and service requests.
