Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to provide effective customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants, and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions in a Lease Up community.

This role requires 3+ years of property management and lease-up experience, weekend availability, and the ability to coordinate resident activities, publish newsletters, and handle resident issues while ensuring safety and a quality living experience for all

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, lease up experience required.
• Ability to coordinate resident functions and handle resident issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property and assists with package delivery and reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests; prepares incident reports.
• Schedules club/amenity rentals, manages contracts, collects fees, ensures guest suites are ready, and provides additional amenities to residents.
• Processes work orders for maintenance, verifies completion, and prepares weekly reports on resident requests.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reports items needing repair.
