Greystar, a leading global real estate company, seeks a Resident Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, assist with move-ins, events, and leasing activities. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Leasing Professionals to elevate resident experiences.

You will greet prospects and residents, handle inquiries, coordinate tours, and manage amenities while contributing to marketing efforts and resident retention.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest services and resident-focused programs.
• Ability to coordinate events, tours, and daily property operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and coordinate service requests.
• Maintain schedule for guest suites, loading dock, move-ins/move-outs, and amenities.
• Develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident communications.
