Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver excellent tenant service and support property staff with resident activities for a 260-unit lease-up. You will assist with newsletters, coordinate events, handle resident issues and oversee package delivery and concierge tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years in resident services, prior hospitality experience, and proficiency with Yardi. A flexible schedule and weekend coverage may apply at times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of resident service experience.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency using Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and deliveries of packages and reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with events and services.
• Handles resident issues including disputes and maintenance requests, and prepares incident reports.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals and manages related contracts and fees.
• Processes work orders and verifies timely completion; inspects property safety and cleanliness.
