Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, assist in move-in processes, and collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on creating engaging resident programs and coordinating events to drive retention and satisfaction.

You will work with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, coordinating calendars, newsletters, and resident communications while contributing to program development and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and maintained for resident use.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member and assists with service request callbacks.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages the loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/outs.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use.
• Utilizes amenity space to develop events, services and programs and measures outcomes.
