Job summary

Greystar seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, tours, events, and resident programs. You will assist leasing teams, coordinate guest services, and help maintain a vibrant resident experience across property operations.

The role partners with the Community Manager to drive retention, schedule activities, and communicate with residents via email and portals. A background in hospitality or property mgmt is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or similar resident services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and residents.
• Ability to plan events, coordinate programs, and support leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and support move‑in processes.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and manage messages for the Lifestyle team.
• Coordinate calendars, events, newsletters, and resident portal postings.
• Develop and evaluate programs and activities with outcome metrics.
• Assist with budgets related to community activities and retention initiatives.
