Greystar is seeking an experienced Concierge in Washington to welcome residents and guests, manage calls, coordinate guest services, and keep the clubhouse and package operations running smoothly. You will maintain local information for residents and support move-in/move-out activities, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The role requires professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and someone who can interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional in dress & communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information for residents.
