Greystar is seeking a full-time onsite team member to greet prospects and residents, route calls, and coordinate move-ins and deliveries. The role supports the community by maintaining schedules, ensuring amenities are tour-ready, and assisting with resident activities and local information.

The position emphasizes guest services, coordination with vendors, and a proactive approach to creating a welcoming living environment for residents and guests.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answer phone calls, route calls to the appropriate team member, and assist with completed service request callbacks as needed.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival; coordinate move-ins/move-outs loading dock/elevator schedules.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before the leasing office opens each morning.
• Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services provided by the community.
• Assist the team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery options, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
