Job summary

Greystar in Washington, DC is seeking a Resident Services associate to organize, coordinate, and implement resident services and programs. You will act as an information source for residents and help them navigate local market resources.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects and residents, answering calls, coordinating move-in/move-out schedules, managing packages, and supporting resident activities while maintaining clubhouse readiness. The position may require flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers and routes calls to the appropriate team member and assists with follow-up on service requests.
• Maintains the guest suite and coordinates move-ins/move-outs; manages loading dock/elevator schedules.
