Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Previous hospitality or front-desk experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the community entrance with professional demeanor.
• Monitor entrances to guard against theft and ensure security.
• Maintain and update unit owner information in the database.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls.
• Report violations and incidents to management.
• Coordinate with staff to communicate with residents.
• Support emergency procedures and document daily activities.
