Job summary

Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, MD is seeking a full-time Concierge to greet residents and visitors, field calls, and provide administrative support in a senior living community.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong English, and MS Office skills; front desk/receptionist experience is preferred. This role offers benefits, onsite CPR training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Front desk/receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests and screen visitors, announcing as needed to staff or residents.
• Respond to emergencies by using Lifeline system and notifying staff; document as required.
• Review daily check-in reports and contact residents as needed.
• Keep Concierge desk, lobby and entry areas neat, welcoming and well organized.
