Job summary

Village Green, a long-standing apartment community manager, is seeking a Concierge to support resident satisfaction across its properties. You will be the first contact for residents, visitors, prospects and vendors, handling requests and tours when leasing offices are closed or busy.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the schedule includes morning, mid, and closing shifts across a 24/7

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED; social media, customer service, and writing skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building.
• Communicates to residents regularly via resident newsletters and social media.
• Become familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities.
• Participates in event marketing and provides brochures, floor plans and other collateral to clients.
• Completes guest cards, provides mini-tours and acts on leasing during off-hours.
