The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma/GED, hospitality/customer service experience, and a friendly, organized demeanor. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, with potential evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be friendly, organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, manage phones, and handle requests with care.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and support events and scheduling.
