Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Concierge to support residents and prospects with services and programs, acting as a liaison to the property management team and ensuring an elevated experience.

The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, and maintaining the clubhouse and package area. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required; experience with Entrata is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or sales helpful.
• Ability to learn property management software (prefer Entrata).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist at the leasing desk.
• Route calls to appropriate team members and follow up on service requests.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and schedule with staff and vendors.
• Ensure amenities and office areas are clean and ready for tours.
• Maintain knowledge of local area resources for residents and prospects.
