Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented onsite Concierge Specialist in New York to greet residents, assist with services, and coordinate daily operations at a Greystar-managed community. You will support move-ins, scheduling, and resident activities, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and knowledge of local resources.

The role emphasizes customer service, coordination, and proactive communication to ensure a positive resident experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent resident services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and coordination tasks.
• Comfort with coordinating multiple vendors and activities.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and ensures comfort while they wait for a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes to the appropriate team member, and follows up on service requests.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs; manages loading dock/elevator schedules.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before opening each morning.
• Manages package deliveries, tracks equipment rentals, and coordinates related services.
• Supports scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keeps local information on area restaurants, shops, and delivery options; maintains concierge vendor contacts.
