Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Concierge experience (Luxury high rise & customer service)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and ensures comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member for assistance
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs (loading dock/elevator)
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before the leasing office opens
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
• Keeps logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
• Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
• Maintains up-to-date information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery options for residents
