Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Vanoni Ranch multifamily property in Ventura, CA. The role focuses on delivering quality move-ins and exceptional resident service through prompt, professional maintenance support.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and required licenses/certifications. On-site work with on-call duties and safety compliance are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Knowledge to read and understand policy manuals and safety rules.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent; read and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and snow removal where applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog park amenities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
