SRG Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our 316-unit Vanoni Ranch community in Ventura, CA. The role includes turnover work, repairs, and after-hours coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, HVAC, etc.).
• Able to read and interpret service orders and safety instructions.
• Excellent customer service and weekend work availability.

Responsibilities

• Work on turnover and renovation units and respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform internal and external repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Assist with boiler/HVAC systems, wire and install fixtures, and maintain common areas.
• Operate tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine for repairs.
• Maintain inventory and ensure storage facilities and equipment are orderly.
