Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to support our residents with timely, high‑quality service. The role covers make‑ready tasks, basic repairs, and routine upkeep across grounds and common areas.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of related experience, and relevant licenses/certifications. On-site work with on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• CPO or local city certification may be required.
• Ability to read policy manuals and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting) and snow removal if applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and amenities in safe, clean condition.
• Attend trainings and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
