Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support and respond to resident service needs, delivering quality move-ins and high customer satisfaction. The role requires handling plumbing, HVAC, electrical tasks, painting, and general repairs with professionalism and timely communication.

The technician will maintain outdoor areas, pools, and common spaces, while adhering to safety standards and attending required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, trade/technical) required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.
• 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and related duties.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
