Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily for Colorado properties. You will prepare make-ready apartments, respond to resident requests, and support on-site operations to deliver quality move-in experiences and superior customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year maintenance experience, and valid credentials (EPA 608 Type II, CPO or local city). On-site role with potential on-call duties and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Credentials include a valid driver license, EPA 608 Type II, and CPO or local city certificate.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and safety rules.
• Comfort with basic mathematical tasks and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per supervisor guidance.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Attend training programs and adhere to safety procedures.
• Deliver superior customer service and professional representation of Cushman & Wakefield.
