Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property. You will prepare make-ready units, handle repairs, and respond to resident requests to ensure a high-quality move-in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience. EPA 608 Type II certification and a valid driver’s license are required. On-site work with some after-hours shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools and amenities to keep them clean and safe for residents.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
