Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Vanoni Ranch in California. The role focuses on preparing make-ready apartments, handling repairs, and delivering responsive service to residents.

The technician works on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and seasonal duties, ensuring safety and cleanliness across the property. The position requires an eye for quality move-ins, adherence to safety guidelines, and punctual on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Ability to read/understand policy manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including maintenance, painting, and cleaning.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance per supervisor guidance and scheduled plans.
• Adhere to state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
