Job summary

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America seeks an Executive Director to lead Aberdeen Ridge, a senior living community where Independent Living residents are engaged and connected. You will be the visible culture champion, modeling the mission and guiding a talented TEAM toward exceptional resident experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and empower TEAM members through transparent communication and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Health Care, Business Administration or a health-related field preferred.
• Current Colorado Assisted Living Administrator license or ability to complete a Colorado state recognized 40-hour AL training program.
• Minimum of five years' leadership experience, preferably in senior living, health care, or hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aberdeen Ridge as Executive Director, the visible culture champion.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and team engagement remains high.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Foster resident input, transparency, and a resident-first community life.
