Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. seeks an Executive Director with senior living management experience to lead operations, ensure quality care, and align with regulatory standards.

On-the-job training will be provided and the Assisted Living Manager Course must be completed within 6 months. You will report to the Regional VP, manage staff, budgets, admissions, and compliance across policies, patient care, and facilities, while fostering an employee-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as executive director or administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of Kansas and federal requirements for admissions, rights, and PASARR/Care assessments.
• Ability to explain policies to staff and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total patient care, personnel, finances, and facility operations under board directives.
• Review and update policies with leadership and staff.
• Monitor compliance with national, state, and local standards and maintain an efficient accounting system.
