Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community with a resident-centered care model. You will drive occupancy, pricing and top-line revenue while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective budget management.

The role requires strong leadership, sales aptitude, and experience managing expenses in hospitality or healthcare settings. Candidates should be prepared to oversee operations and partner with the board to achieve community goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or health-related field.
• Minimum of three years in managerial roles, preferably in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
• Leads with confidence and inspires others to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per Owners/Board and laws.
• Model a customer-focused vision based on a resident-centered care approach.
• Build local relationships to drive referrals, maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop external business development strategy with clear accountability.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and resident files.
• Meet financial targets and manage operating costs within budget.
