Morningside Elite Management seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead a senior living community, setting the cultural tone, driving operations, and ensuring residents experience exceptional quality of life. This role reports to regional and corporate teams and carries full operational authority.

You will oversee resident care, financials, team development, sales, compliance, and community culture, acting as the visible leader for residents, families, and partners while upholding BLOOM

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field.
• 3+ years executive leadership in assisted living/memory care.
• ALM license in progress or current license in good standing.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site leadership across resident services, staffing, programming, and environment.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance against targets.
• Develop and coach department heads; ensure BLOOM values are lived.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through tours and referrals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DSS/VA, MD) and quality assurance.
