Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking an Assistant Executive Director for SpringRidge to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance in a senior living community. You will drive program development, staff leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards, aiming to maximize resident care quality and occupancy.

The role requires a strong background in senior housing or related services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, personnel, and governance

Qualifications

• Experience in senior housing, health, human services, and/or community services fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to plan for resident programs and operations.
• Ability to hire, direct, and manage personnel.
• Understanding of retirement living communities from governing bodies to financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of program and financial operations.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and improve program services; manage staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain occupancy and NOI targets.
• Prepare and administer the annual budget; monitor cost control across departments.
• Maintain timely and accurate reports in line with corporate guidelines.
