Job summary

Northern Lakes Senior Living, Baxter, MN, seeks an Executive Director to oversee resident care, staffing, finances, regulatory compliance, and daily operations. You will inspire a compassionate team, focus on quality outcomes, and drive occupancy growth while upholding the community’s mission and service standards.

You will partner with Ebenezer corporate teams and local leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences, financial stewardship, and compliance in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential is required.
• BELTSS ALD-IR permit within 30 days of hire and ALD-IR eligibility by BELTSS rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing community leadership team.
• Manage annual operating budget and financial performance.
• Oversee regulatory readiness and compliance across state/federal requirements.
• Drive occupancy growth through collaboration with sales/marketing.
• Ensure exceptional resident and family satisfaction and service quality.
• Represent ownership with regular operational and financial updates.
