Job summary

Provincial Senior Living, a network of Independent Living communities, seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes resident-focused care, personnel leadership, and budget stewardship.

The Executive Director will build community relationships, manage budgets, and oversee multiple departments to deliver exceptional service and growth across our senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience including hiring, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per Owners/Board of Directors guidelines and laws.
• Model a customer-focused, resident-centered care vision.
• Develop local business relationships to drive referrals and maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure external business development strategy with clear accountability and action plans.
• Maintain resident files and ensure state compliance.
• Manage budgets and ensure budgeted revenue is achieved or exceeded.
• Oversee programs in memory care, clinical, dining and social areas.
• Review monthly finances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Control non-labor operating costs within budget.
• Meet NOI and occupancy goals.
• Oversee all departments to ensure efficient operations and financial targets.
